Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 02, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the AceOne HR platform and the public website at aceonehr.com. By creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with Aceone Futuristic OPC Private Limited, the operator of AceOne HR, with registered office at Office No. 214, Vishal Chamber, Opp. GIP Mall, Sector-18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, India.

2. The service

AceOne HR is a multi-tenant SaaS HR platform covering employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, statutory reports, canteen, and visitor management. The exact features available to you depend on the plan you subscribe to.

3. Account, eligibility, accuracy

  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind your organisation.
  • You will give accurate information when signing up and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Multi-factor authentication is available and we recommend you enable it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, to violate anyone's rights, or to harass anyone.
  • Upload malware, attempt to interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer it.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
  • Upload personal data that you don't have the lawful right to upload.

5. Fees, billing, and free trial

Subscription prices are quoted on the website or in your individual contract. Trials are time-limited and can be ended by us if abused. Invoices are due as stated in your contract; late payment may lead to suspension after reasonable notice. All amounts are exclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes.

6. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display it to your authorised users so we can deliver the service. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing & Security Statement.

7. Compliance with Indian law

You confirm you have a lawful basis to process the employee data you upload. AceOne HR provides statutory features (PF/ESI/TDS/PT/gratuity) as a tool — final responsibility for filings, accuracy, and compliance rests with you as the employer.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Specific uptime targets, if any, are set out in your subscription. Support hours and channels are stated on the Pricing and Contact pages.

9. Intellectual property

The AceOne HR software, brand, logo, and documentation are owned by Aceone Futuristic OPC Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property in the product to you.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own and to use it only to perform under these Terms.

11. Term and termination

  • You may cancel as set out in your subscription or in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate for material breach, abuse, non-payment, or where required by law.
  • On termination, you can export your data for a 30-day window, after which it will be deleted in line with the Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties and liability

We provide the service "as is" except as stated in any written contract between us. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or from personal data you uploaded without lawful basis.

14. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, war, government action, or sustained outages of third-party infrastructure.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, except where Indian law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be flagged with a new "Last updated" date and, where significant, by direct notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
