Questions factories actually ask us
Can AceOne handle night shifts that cross midnight?
Yes — this is the core of our engine. Both punches of a 22:00–06:00 shift are attributed to the shift-start date automatically, so monthly attendance, OT and weekend premiums are computed correctly without manual corrections.
Do you support WORKER and STAFF categories separately?
Yes. Workers and staff can have different OT rules, per-day calculation bases and separate registers — including the V11 Worker / Staff earnings pivot in the Indian factory format your auditor expects.
Which statutory compliances are covered?
PF (ECR), ESI (MC), Professional Tax, TDS (Form 24Q), LWF, gratuity and bonus are built in and updated with every statutory change. Reports are locked once payroll is signed off — so what you filed is always what you can prove.
How long does setup take?
Most single-site companies are live in under an hour: import your employee master, map your shifts and connect your biometric devices. Multi-plant setups get assisted onboarding on the Enterprise plan.
Is my data shared with other customers?
Never. Your company's data is stored completely separately from every other customer's and kept fully private. You can request a copy of your data or ask for it to be deleted at any time.
What happens after the 30-day free trial?
You choose a plan and continue with everything you've set up — nothing is deleted. If you decide not to continue, you can export your data before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start.
Do you integrate with our existing biometric devices?
AceOne ingests punch data from standard biometric devices and combines it with geo-fenced mobile punches in a single stream. Tell us your device models during onboarding and we'll confirm the connector.
